Share Ambassadors

Medical Staff at SSM St. Joseph Health Center/Hospital West

The Medical Staff at SSM St. Joseph Health Center /Hospital West have generously agreed to support Share as a 2005 Angel Ball Ambassador. The $5,000.00 received from the Medical Staff will be used to increase outreach to physicians locally and nationally. It has been shown that when a physician has the necessary resources and support available for a bereaved family who has experienced the death of a baby, positive healing can begin. These ambassador monies will allow for increased visibility and enable Share to enhance the outreach in the medical community. Starting with the State of Missouri, the Share staff will increase conference participation, delivery of bereavement materials, plus encourage support programs in more hospital settings. Over the years, the Medical Staff has seen the Share community grow and prosper and we are proud to once again support such a caring mission.
