American Girl, 2007
The National Share Office hosted the second annual American Girl Fashion Show on March 31 and April 1, 2007. Share was chosen to host the event where local girls sported American Girl fashions on the cat walk. The fashion show and a light faire lunch were hosted by Mandy Murphy, Share president and co anchor of Fox 2, in Saint Louis. First Community Credit Union, Fox 2, and Y98 were the primary sponsors of the event while Customs Cuts, St. Louis Digital, and St. Charles Pintables volunteered services. Thanks to the support of 100 volunteers and 1,400 guests, $51,000 was raised at four fashion shows to help support bereaved families experiencing the death of a baby due to pregnancy loss, stillbirth or in the first few months of life.
